Fees

Appointments are required for all services. To make or cancel an appointment, please visit ACS Appointment System.  The Consular section will be closed on Singapore and American holidays, and training days.  For more details, please consult the list of Consular closure dates.

  • Mornings: 8:30am – 12pm (Mon. – Fri.) 
  • Afternoons: 1:30pm – 3:00pm (Mon., Tues., Wed. and Fri.)
  • No services are available on Thursday afternoons

The Embassy does not accept U.S. currency as payment for consular services. The Embassy accepts payment in Singapore dollars or by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, or American Express). Credit card charges will be made in US$ and foreign exchange charges may apply.

Form DS-11: First Time Application, Replacement of lost or stolen passport (Non-Refundable)

All appropriate fees must be paid before passport applications are accepted. Fees can be found by visiting the Bureau of Consular Affairs’ Passport Fees website.

Form DS-82: Passport Renewal (Non-Refundable)

All appropriate fees must be paid before passport applications are accepted. Fees can be found by visiting the Bureau of Consular Affairs’ Passport Fees website.

You may use this form if, your previous passport:

  1. Was issued when you were 16 or older.
  2. Was issued in the last 15 years.
  3. Is not damaged.

Form DS-5504: Passport re-application (Changes and corrections to current valid passport)

There is no charge if the request for change is submitted within a year of the passport’s issuance date.

Note:  There is no expedited passport service available at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore.

Methods of Payment

Both fees and the surcharge are combined into one payment.  You may pay with:

  1. Credit Cards – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  2. Singapore dollars equivalent
