SUBJECT: Request for Quotation (RFQ) No 19SN1024Q0003
The Embassy of the United States of America invites quotes for suitable hotel meeting package and accommodation for a training workshop in Singapore for period between December 13 – 14, 2023.
The issuance of the RFQ is anticipated to be November 24, 2023. Interested quoters shall contact Grace Ng (NgYL@state.gov) to confirm their interest to participate in this RFQ. Details to be provided by the company are:
· Name and address of company
· Name of requestor and designation
· Contact details – email address, office telephone and mobile phone
A copy of the RFQ will be sent electronically to interested quoters. Details on requirements, submission of quotes, etc., will be included in the RFQ.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
