Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19SN1023Q0028
The Embassy of the United States of America intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a seminar event (meeting package) from September 5 – 7, 2023.
The issuance of the RFQ is anticipated to be May 11, 2023. Interested quoters shall contact Meena Palanisamy at palanisamm@state.gov to confirm their interest to participate in this RFQ. Details to be provided by the company are:
- Name and address of company
- Name of requestor and designation
- Contact details – email address, office telephone and mobile phone
A copy of the RFQ will be sent electronically to the requester once it is issued.
Details on requirements on submission of quotes, closing dates of quotes etc., will be included in the RFQ.
Please note that all companies doing business with the U.S. Government must register on the System for Award Management (SAM) available at www.sam.gov
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
