The General Services Office of the U.S. Embassy in Singapore seeks to contract with responsible firms for the delivery of a variety of goods and/or services.

Below are current opportunities.  Interested companies must follow the specific instructions in each Solicitation/Request for quotation (RFQ). To be considered, companies must be able to meet, satisfy, understand and comply with the requirements of the Solicitation/Request for quotation (RFQ).

SUBJECT: Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19SN1021Q0021

The Embassy of the United States of America, Singapore intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for professional services to curate and produce a successful virtual photo exhibition in commemoration of the 55 years of U.S.-Singapore diplomacy.

The issuance of the RFQ is anticipated to be May 03, 2021. Interested quoters who wants to participate in this RFQ, must send a written request to Grace Ng (NgYL@state.gov). Details to be provided by the company are:

· Name and address of company

· Name of requestor and designation

· Contact details – email address, office telephone and mobile phone

A copy of the RFQ will be sent electronically to the requester once it is issued.

Details on the requirements, pre-proposal conference, submission of quotes, closing date for submission etc. will be included in the RFQ.

Companies doing business with the U.S. Government are required to register in the “System for Award Management” (SAM) https://www.sam.gov when requested as part of the RFQ. The entire process is free of charge. Quoters should start the registration in the following order:

· Apply for a NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE)

· Apply for DUN & Bradstreet (D&B)

· Apply for an account in SAM

· Start SAM registration

The entire process may take up to two months so interested quoters are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
