The General Services Office of the U.S. Embassy in Singapore seeks to contract with responsible firms for the delivery of a variety of goods and/or services.

Below are current opportunities.  Interested companies must follow the specific instructions in each Solicitation/Request for quotation (RFQ). To be considered, companies must be able to meet, satisfy, understand and comply with the requirements of the Solicitation/Request for quotation (RFQ).

To: Prospective Quoters

Subject: Request for Quotations No. 19SN1021Q0001

The Embassy of the United States of America invites quotes to perform Cleaning Service of Roof and Walls at a U.S. Government Owned Residence in Singapore.

To obtain a copy of the RFQ No 19SN1021Q0001, interested quoters must request a copy by email to Peng Qunyu (PengQ@state.gov). A copy will then be sent electronically to the requester. Details to be provided by the company are:

  • Name and address of company
  • Name of requestor and designation
  • Contact details – email address, office telephone and mobile phone

Details on site visit, requirements on submission of quotes, closing dates of quotes etc., will be included in the RFQ.

The due date and time for this RFQ is November 24, 2020 at 4.30 pm. Please read and follow the submission instructions stated in the RFQ.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

TO:                     Prospective Quoters

SUBJECT:         Request for Quotation No. 19SN1021Q0002

The Embassy of the United States of America intends to issue a Request for Quotation for HVAC Preventative Maintenance (PM) services at a U.S. Government-Owned Residence in Singapore.

The issuance of the RFQ is anticipated to be November 03, 2020. Interested quoters shall contact Grace Ng (NgYL@state.gov) in order to receive the RFQ document. Details to be provided by the company are:

  • Name and address of company
  • Name of requestor and designation
  • Contact details – email address, office telephone and mobile phone number

Details on site visit, requirements on submission of quotes, closing dates of quotes etc., will be included in the RFQ.

Please note that all companies doing business with the U.S. Government must register on the System for Award Management (SAM) available at https://www.sam.gov

To register in SAM, a DUNS number and a NCAGE code are required.  There is no cost involved in obtaining these numbers or registration in SAM.  However, the entire process may take up to two months so interested quoters are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
